The names, stories and preferences you enter, your email address, payment confirmation (we never see your card number, Stripe handles it), and basic usage data such as pages visited and which ad brought you here.
To write and produce your song, deliver it, take payment, send one reminder if you don’t finish, support you, and measure our advertising.
We share the minimum needed with service providers that run the product: Anthropic (lyrics), our music generation provider (audio), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (storage) and Meta (advertising measurement). Some are located overseas, including the United States.
If you don’t unlock your song we may send up to two reminders. Every one includes an unsubscribe link.
Songs and stories are kept so you can re-download your song. Email hello@songbirdgift.com to access, correct or delete your data.
